ABOUT HARBOR CHURCH HUB

The work behind ministry
deserves thoughtful tools.

Harbor began with a practical goal: build a connected church workspace that could serve our own church and, in time, help other churches with the same everyday work.

PEOPLE
Room for ministry.
PLANSSTEWARDSHIP
THE IDEA BEHIND THE NAME

A shared place
to bring things together.

Church life brings many kinds of work together. Someone welcomes a visitor. Someone prepares a service. Someone reviews giving records or checks staff hours. Each task matters, and each belongs to a bigger community.

Harbor is being built around those connections: people and their groups, plans and the teams serving them, financial records and the responsibilities around them. The aim is a useful, approachable workspace for the people doing that work.

We’re based in Oregon and building for churches across the United States. Harbor is currently in a private pilot. We describe the product’s current capabilities openly and are preparing the business, billing and policies before paid public enrollment.

WHAT GUIDES THE PRODUCT

Simple principles.
Practical decisions.

01

People before paperwork.

Profiles and shared records should support church relationships and useful work. They should be clear enough for the people who maintain them.

02

Access with responsibility.

A member, staff person and payroll manager have different needs. Owners should be able to assign access deliberately.

03

Clarity before promises.

Features should have an honest scope. We explain current payment, migration and recovery limitations so churches can evaluate fit.

BUILT IN CONVERSATION

Your church’s workflow
is a good place to start.

The pilot is an opportunity to explore real needs, see where Harbor fits and identify what still needs work. Explore the product with the person building it, and help shape a workspace around the everyday needs of your church.
