A PRACTICAL WORKFLOW

Personal giving history stays personal.

Ordinary members can access their own recorded gifts and annual summary. They do not receive the church’s donor list, other members’ giving records or financial reports. Administrative access is reserved for the owner and staff with financial permissions, and financial changes retain an activity trail.

Know the current scope

Live online donations are not active yet. Payment-provider integration is prepared in test mode and requires further activation. Giving statements summarize recorded gifts; the church must review any tax acknowledgment language and benefit disclosures before distribution.

Can members see another person’s donations?

No. Member giving history is tied to the person linked to their accepted profile invitation.

Can our church download all yearly statements?

Authorized finance users can download a batch of individual statements for the chosen year. The church distributes the appropriate statement to each recipient.

Can people donate online right now?

Harbor’s live payment processing is not active yet. Current giving records work separately from the test-mode payment integration.
