What still needs to be finalized?
Paid subscriptions, final service terms and capacity limits are being prepared. File storage is not advertised as unlimited. Applicable taxes, payment processing fees and third-party services will be separate.
What happens when paid plans open?
The church owner will choose whether to subscribe. The planned subscription renews monthly until canceled, with cancellation managed through a billing portal. No current pilot will be charged automatically.

The proposed Harbor Essentials plan is $49 USD per church per month, with no per-person charges. Existing pilot churches remain free and do not convert automatically. Final terms and capacity limits will be confirmed before paid enrollment.
Is Harbor ready for live donations and payroll payments?
Not yet. Giving records, accounting tools and staff time tracking are available in the pilot. Live donation processing, bank syncing and payroll payments are not currently active.
